The journey brings together migration country around the Mara River, a descent into Ngorongoro Crater, and unhurried full-day wildlife viewing. It is designed for travelers who want the character of each place to unfold without losing the freedom of a private safari.
ITINERARY & HIGHLIGHTS
Your journey, day by day
DAY 1+
Meet on arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, drive to Arusha National Park, game drive and viewing until evening. Overnight at Green Side Hotel.
DAY 2+
Transfer to Arusha Airport, flight to Kogatende, safari in North Serengeti on arrival. Overnight at Acacia Migration Camp.
DAY 3+
Full day game drive in North Serengeti, following the wildebeest migration at the Mara River. Overnight at Acacia Migration Camp.
DAY 4+
Game drive toward Central Serengeti, afternoon game drive. Overnight at Serengeti Acacia Tented Camp.
DAY 5+
Drive to Ngorongoro via a Maasai village, game drive in the crater until evening. Overnight at Marera Lodge.
DAY 6+
Morning drive to Lake Eyasi to visit the Bushmen tribe (Datoga and Hadzabe). Overnight at Marera Lodge.
DAY 7+
Drive to Tarangire, afternoon game drive and viewing until evening. Overnight at Tarangire Sopa Lodge.
DAY 8+
Morning in Tarangire, transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport for departure flight.
